Do I need any tech setup before the workshop?

Three things: a computer (desktop or laptop — not a phone or tablet), a paid Claude account, and a willingness to type. The paid Claude account is non-negotiable for this workshop... Claude Pro ($20/month) is the minimum, Claude Max ($100/month) is what we recommend if you're going to use AI seriously in your business. The free tier won't get you through the build. We send you a setup link the moment you register.

What exactly IS an agent? What's the Brain?

An agent is what you actually delegate work to. It's made of three pieces: Context (what it knows about your business), Connectors (what it can access and act on), and a Console (where you talk to it). All three together = a working agent.

The Brain is the Context piece. It's the structured business knowledge your AI needs to stop being generic. Your voice, customers, offers, frameworks, how you think. It's not the same as a Claude Project (which is an empty container), a prompt library (sticky notes for individual tasks), or Claude's built-in memory (incidental personal stuff). The Brain is intentional business identity.

The workshop installs all three pieces (Context + 2 basic Connectors + Console) so you walk away with a complete working agent in your business.

Is this just a Claude Project or a prompt library?

No. A Claude/ChatGPT Project is an empty container. Your AI Business Brain is the contents, structured to a methodology that actually works. A prompt library is sticky notes for individual tasks. The Brain is the operating system. Claude's built-in memory is incidental personal stuff. The Brain is intentional business identity that you control.

Why do I need to pay Anthropic for Claude separately?

Claude is the AI model that runs your Brain. Anthropic is the company that builds Claude. We don't resell their service or charge a markup on it. You pay Anthropic directly for your Claude account, which gives you full ownership of your Brain and your AI conversations. Pro is $20/month, Max is $100/month. We strongly recommend Max if you can swing it because the usage limits matter once you're running multiple AI workflows in your business.

What if I can't attend live?
