Do you offer refunds if I'm not satisfied with my copy?
We do not offer refunds for website content copywriting projects. However, you do have unlimited revisions for up to seven days after receiving the first draft. This will give you the room you need to address any issues and get the polished copy that you’re looking for.
Is Copywriting included in my monthly membership?
Yes, AI-generated copywriting is included in our Unlimited Tasks plan. However, if you would like to work with a human copywriter for additional editing or custom copywriting, there will be an additional cost for that service. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs and receive a quote for any additional copywriting services.
What kind of results do you guarantee?
We strive to provide you with the quality of copy you need to convert. However, we cannot guarantee any specific results or level of performance. Why? There are so many moving parts and factors outside of our control, such as product or service demand, market competition, the popularity of your industry, and beyond.
Is publishing included in my copywriting project?
No, publishing is not included in the copywriting project. Our services are focused solely on providing high-quality copywriting for your project. Once you have received the final copy, you can then send it to the team for publishing on your website or in an email campaign, as part of your standard Automation Agency Plan.
