Do I Have To Commit To An Ongoing Contract?
No. You can cancel anytime and there are no contracts to sign, setup fees or cancellation fees.
What's Included as a Task?
A task is defined as something one of our developers or designers can do within 1 hour of direct action and provided that it is not on our “What’s Not A Task” list.
I'm Not Sure If What I Want Done Is Included, What Should I Do?
Sign up, request it and if it’s not something we can do we’ll refund your money or email us first to ask.
How Can You Provide Unlimited Tasks for Such A Low Rate?
We have invested heavily in building our system and training the team. We stick with the Supported Platforms we know but are willing to explore new ones. Plus, if we ever feel you’re stretching the friendship we’ll let you know.
What Makes You Different to A Virtual Assistant?
We are not a replacement for a General VA. Our team are implementation specialists for the tools on our Supported Platforms List. Every day we are building landing pages, tweaking websites, integrating email marketing, setting up sales funnels, and more.
What If My Website Gets Hacked?
If you are a monthly Concierge™ client, then you are protected by our hack-fix guarantee meaning we will fix the website with no extra charge. But if you are not a Concierge™ client with a hacked website, we can help you still by signing up so we can fix it provided that it is not badly hacked.
It's Near The End Of The Month, If I Sign Up Now When Will I Be Charged Again?
Concierge™ is a month-to-month service and automatically deducted from your credit card on a recurring 30-day cycle from when you first sign up.
Can I Use You For Client Work?
Yes absolutely, our Agency Plan is for white labeling. If you wish to refer your clients to us then you can become a Certified Consultant or Referral Partner, contact us to learn more.
